Selling Fee
Our selling fee is offered as a fixed percentage of the final selling value +VAT, payable upon completion. The fee will vary on factors such as the location of the property, the state of the market, the price you wish to achieve and the range of services desired.

This fee is inclusive of all standard marketing costs including being advertised in the Journal three times in the first 6 weeks as well as a floorplan to help you sell your property. Any specialist advertising requirements would be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
